I was really surprised at how well it worked out! I thought for sure it would have a funny taste or texture, but I could barely tell a difference – & if anything I like it better π

What is Pamela's Flour?
Pamela's Baking and Pancake mix is a really awesome gluten free flour blend that can be used in place of wheat flour in many recipes. I love it! A lot of stores carry it, but we get it in bulk of Amazon which saves a lot of money:

I made this an hour ago. This was my first and last try of this recipe. I bake every day so I know what I'm doing in the kitchen and I have to say that this was really BAD !!!
