For Christmas last month my grandparents got us a 1/4 cow… which filled our freezer right up! So when it came time to make a meal for my sick family, we thought a nice meaty lasagna would be a good route. After several years of trying different variations of lasagnas we’ve finally found what we think is the perfect one!

Looks super yummy! I think only us Midwest girls get the excitement of receiving 1/4 cow for Christmas. I may live in the "big" city, but I'm still a Nebraska girl!
